Rudy "Shocker" Ketchum

Rudy's nickname comes from a very reliable source.... We all know that Rudy is unable to leave machines in their stock form. What we all DIDN'T know is that this includes the hand warmers as well. Apparently, Rudy was modifing the hand warmers on his snowmobile and must have missed a wire or two (not the ones in his head) and they shorted out using him as the ground. (Yea, now that I think about it, the wires in his head might be shorting out as well...)
